We offer courses for kids that combine factors as physical and athletic training, motor coordination, self-control and – last but not least – the study of self-defense techniques and fighting sports. These are all essential elements for the psychomotory development of teenagers.
For this reason, we offer dynamic lessons comprehensive of excersises in couples which are aimed at the development of collective dialog and that involve every single element within the group.

The values we teach

Athletic trainings inclusive of excercises to do solo, in couples or in groups, are at the grounds of programs in the courses for kids. These are devised to stimulate the development of concentration in relation to physical effort and the understanding of body movements; all elements that reflect in every-day life.
